Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. is seeking a Project Safety Manager I to implement the RESSystem (SMS) on wind, solar, substation, transmission, or energy storage projects in the US or Canada.

You will promote safety culture, lead incident investigations, and develop site-specific safety documentation across multiple energy projects. The role requires strong knowledge of safety regulations, effective coaching, and collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure compliance and safe

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Experience with Site Safety Plans and JHA development.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture through coaching, development, influence and training.
• Serve as SME and liaison for health and safety for project team and client.
• Lead safety-related discussions in meetings and audits.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety documentation (JHA, Site Rules, SOPs).
• Inspect work areas for compliance with procedures and client/regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and generate corrective actions and reports.
