Qualifications

• 2+ years of transactional tax experience.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or project finance tax preferred.
• Experience with partnership structures and tax equity documentation.
• Ability to own discrete workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate tax equity transactions.
• Draft tax provisions in partner, credit, and purchase agreements.
• Advise on tax credit transfers and joint ventures.
• Navigate partnership tax rules in complex project structures.
