• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit.

Responsibilities

• Draft primary deal documents including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, and financing agreements.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders on project finance transactions.
• Take significant responsibility in managing and executing complex transactions.
• Work effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
