Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to provide processing and customer support for multiple clients nationwide. The role supports the Business Processing team with accurate data entry, timely responses, and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a call center, strong 10-key data entry, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Access, plus excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry from keyboard.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic troubleshooting and recommends solutions.
• Performs data entry into various database applications.
• Receives data and sourcing documents, compiles and verifies data for entry.
• Maintains filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents.
• Communicates effectively with other departments to service customers.
• Responds to emails and phone calls to deliver customer service.
• Safeguards confidential customer information during interactions.
• Provides support and training to coworkers as needed.
• Accepts other duties within the department as assigned.
• Works an 8-hour shift within 8 am–6 pm.
