Franklin Energy / AM Conservation is seeking an organized professional to oversee program coordinators and support Energy Advisors and Engineers. You will ensure accurate data, maintain files, and manage grant processing, communicating proactively with customers and business contacts.

Responsibilities include maintaining databases, assisting customers with program participation, coordinating paperwork, and supporting campaign efforts.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Energy Advisors and program staff to organize files, data entry, and communications with business contacts.
• Maintain and update program database entries to complete project processing for approvals and payment; contact clients and trade allies as needed.
• Assist customers with understanding program participation, incentives, and coordinating paperwork/applications.
• Make outbound calls to support program campaigns and lead generation.
• Provide office management support: maintain office equipment and supplies, and assist with logistics.
• Monitor invoices, submittals, and contract compliance; track data in project documentation.
• Coordinate with program management to ensure quality assurance and quality control of project documentation.
