CLEAResult is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs both internally and externally. You’ll support multiple programs and processes, engage in data management, metrics and reporting, and drive process definition and improvement.

This role is more internal-facing but involves some client contact as needed to keep work progressing with energy and care. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive communicators, and accountable to commitments,

Qualifications

• Data management and reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to track and analyze program metrics.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence
• Process payments
• Gather, enter, and track data, ensuring quality
• Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines
• Export predesigned reports
• Offer support for staff and program meetings
