Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program and Operations support professional to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs in Indiana. You will help schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and staff, while handling paperwork, data entry, and reporting to maintain data quality.

Responsibilities include supporting meetings, completing special projects, and demonstrating high organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Handle payment processing.
• Perform data entry, gather and track data, and assure data quality.
• Export predesigned reports.
• Attend staff meetings and other program support.
• Complete special projects.
• Demonstrate organization and attention to detail.
