Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support a Large Commercial Energy Efficiency Program for a major California natural gas utility. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.

You will act as the primary contact for the utility client, manage program planning, reporting, and invoicing, and contribute to California market development and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, energy management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management, project coordination, operations, or client services within the energy sector (energy efficiency, utility programs, grid modernization, or sustainability).
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, delivering projects on schedule, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day program operations to ensure schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for the utility client, coordinating approvals and program needs.
• Coordinate internal teams including outreach, account management, engineering, and admin to deliver services to large commercial customers.
• Supervise program staff and monitor workloads, performance, and accountability for deliverables.
• Support financial management, including budgeting, invoicing inputs, and reporting with finance and leadership.
• Prepare and submit recurring client reports, dashboards, and presentations.
