Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners seeks a highly motivated Lender Partnership Manager / Program Manager to lead the financing initiative for a major PA utility. Hybrid role combining lender-network development with program design, management, and product ownership.

Recruit diverse lenders and educate them on energy efficiency economics to drive project implementation. You will own day-to-day operations, refine workflows, define matching criteria, and coordinate with the prime contractor and utility

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, public policy, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, CDFI lending, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products and underwriting concepts.
• Proven ability to manage programs, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Ability to recruit and manage lender relationships with financial institutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
• Organizational skills with CRM, dashboards, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program operations and improve financing product and processes.
• Recruit banks, CDFIs, credit unions, and finance providers to build network.
• Qualify lenders, map products, and understand underwriting requirements.
• Onboard and train lenders on the energy efficiency program.
• Manage lender relationships and coordinate the matching desk.
• Coordinate contractor-facing outreach and ensure timely referrals.
• Track referrals, progress, and outcomes to identify improvements.
• Develop resources like lender profiles and training materials.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and administration.
• Drive continuous improvement and program impact.
