Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC seeks a Contractor & Customer Finance Outreach Representative to promote financing options for energy efficiency projects on behalf of a PA utility. You will educate contractors and customers, coordinate with partners, and help integrate financing into the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and market development to expand financing adoption across customers and trade allies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial finance in outreach, account management, loan officer, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Ability to build and maintain productive external relationships with contractors, customers, partners, or stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain financing concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage contractors, trade allies, and market actors to educate on financing options for energy efficiency projects.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure financing is integrated into customer engagement and project development.
• Educate customers on financing pathways, helping them understand affordability and implementation.
• Promote financing as part of project scoping and proposal development.
• Track referrals, matches, and outcomes in CRM and other tracking systems.
• Develop market relationships with stakeholders to support financing adoption.
