Job summary

Mantis Innovation is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our energy and facility management team in a fast-paced environment, offering both office-based and remote work options. You will collect input from sales and suppliers, deliver executable pricing, and ensure accuracy with contract terms so deals move forward efficiently.

You will analyze market conditions, manage pricing timelines, negotiate terms, and support internal teams across networks, driving competitive pricing and client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail energy, oil & gas, or a related pricing environment.
• Strong Excel and ability to analyze and validate data with accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize deal input from sales teams and local distribution companies for bid preparation.
• Gather and analyze pricing from multiple energy suppliers.
• Deliver executable pricing aligned to market conditions and client requirements.
• Manage pricing timelines to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-moving commodity environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales teams and supplier network during the pricing process.
• Negotiate pricing, products, and contract terms with suppliers based on client needs.
• Create and validate supplier agreements to ensure accuracy and execution readiness.
• Monitor market trends and apply insights into pricing strategy and recommendations.
• Interface with end-user clients and partners to provide technical and market support as needed.
• Provide structured feedback to suppliers on pricing performance, product competitiveness, and close rates.
