Mantis Innovation is seeking a Pricing Specialist to support its Key Accounts sales team in collecting, analyzing, and delivering energy pricing across electricity, natural gas, and renewables. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and alignment with contract terms in a high-volume environment.

The position involves negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely pricing milestones while maintaining strong client support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail energy, oil & gas, or a related pricing or commodity-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize deal input from sales teams and local distribution companies for bid preparation.
• Gather and analyze pricing from multiple energy suppliers.
• Deliver executable pricing aligned to market conditions and client requirements.
• Manage pricing timelines to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-moving commodity environment.
• Negotiate pricing, products, and contract terms with suppliers based on client needs.
• Create and validate supplier agreements to ensure accuracy and execution readiness.
• Monitor market trends and apply insights into pricing strategy and recommendations.
• Interface with end-user clients and partners to provide technical and market support as needed.
