• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to independently learn pricing processes, supplier requirements, and energy markets.
• Ability to work accurately with spreadsheets, pricing data, and contract details.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize information needed for pricing requests.
• Prepare and update customer pricing materials using approved templates, pricing inputs, and team guidance.
• Communicate with energy suppliers to request pricing and gather contract information.
• Review pricing data and documentation for accuracy and completeness before sendoff.
• Track pricing requests, open follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Maintain pricing spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking tools.
• Prepare and route contract documentation after pricing terms are confirmed.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve pricing, proposal, and documentation questions.
• Build working knowledge of energy products, pricing structures, and market fundamentals.
• Complete pricing-related administrative and operational tasks related to SMB pricing requests, proposals, reporting, and contract documentation
