Qualifications

• Extensive public accounting audit experience with a focus on upstream oil & gas clients.
• Strong SEC audit and reporting experience for publicly traded companies.
• Active CPA license and deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and growth of the energy industry group.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives in upstream oil & gas.
• Build and maintain relationships with energy companies, executives, and investors.
• Oversee client relationships and coordinate audit, tax, and advisory services.
• Provide industry expertise on accounting, auditing, and financial reporting for E&P clients.
• Collaborate with partners to identify cross-service opportunities.
• Support recruitment and mentorship within the energy group.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
