Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Exposure to upstream oil & gas accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting packages and supporting schedules.
• Assist with monthly close activities, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting deliverables.
• Support GAAP accounting policy implementation and technical accounting research.
• Participate in accounting activities tied to producing properties, depletion, impairment, and asset retirement obligations.
• Support hedge and derivative-related accounting functions.
• Coordinate audit requests, tax support, and outside reporting requirements.
• Assist with internal controls, accounting documentation, and process improvements.
• Support acquisition-related accounting projects and operational initiatives.
