Job summary

Embark in Dallas seeks an Energy Managing Director with 15+ years in Big 4/public accounting and/or oil and gas, upstream preferred. You will lead client engagements, shape strategy, and mentor teams while delivering tailored advisory services.

CPA or CPA candidate required; strong US GAAP knowledge; exceptional communication and proven business development. You will manage multiple engagements and build senior-level relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting and/or oil & gas (upstream preferred).
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers.
• Strong business development skills with a track record in driving growth in professional services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities
