Constellation in Nashville, TN, is seeking a senior plant operations leader to oversee all plant operations and staff, manage P&L, and ensure Environmental Health and Safety compliance across facilities. You will lead contract adherence, address customer needs, and align operations with company goals to drive reliable energy delivery.

You will report to senior management, drive performance, supervise subcontractors, and provide regular performance and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in stationary or marine utility operations.
• Experience delivering Profit and Loss outcomes.
• Experience implementing EH&S practices across operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all plant operations and personnel in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and company standards.
• Manage delivery of contractual energy obligations and adherence to customer contracts.
• Deliver P&L results for plant operations.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, purchase orders and insurance requirements.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and be the voice of the customer.
