Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of power plant maintenance experience.
• An Associate’s degree with 7 years of maintenance experience is acceptable.
• A high school diploma/GED with 9 years of maintenance experience is acceptable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct operations, maintenance, and environmental activities of the department.
• Travel across the Power network; participate in on-call, shift work, and weekend duty as needed.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of staff.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
