Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee capital projects, including pipelines and midstream facilities, in Midland, TX. The CM will support Project Managers during pre-construction and manage on-site construction activities while coordinating with operations, measurement, and contractors.

The role requires 8+ years of CM experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and knowledge of industry codes, OSHA/PHMSA requirements; travel up to 50% is expected with a strong safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven safe driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies 24/7 and extended workdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and inspection activities to ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate bid processes, vendor selection, and constructability reviews.
• Support project managers during pre-construction activities such as cost estimates and scheduling.
• Lead cross-functional teams including operations, measurement, and contractors.
