Job summary

Energy Transfer in Midland, TX is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field execution of pipelines, compression facilities, processing plants, and related mechanical, civil, and electrical installations.

You will supervise on-site activities, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and standards, coordinate with contractors and inspectors, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pipeline or facility construction experience.
• Strong leadership and on-site supervision skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs, drawings, and specs.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.
• Plan and coordinate field construction with inspection teams.
• Ensure work aligns with IFC drawings and specifications.
• Maintain daily field presence to monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to the project team.
• Manage change documentation and schedule progress.
