Job summary

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. in Houston seeks a Construction Manager to oversee capital projects including pipelines and midstream facilities.

You will support pre-construction activities, develop cost estimates, route and constructability assessments, and manage bid processes with Project Managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or equivalent work experience with 8+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and proven safe driving record.
• Must carry a cell phone and be available for emergency response, 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of capital projects including pipelines and midstream facilities.
• Support Project Managers with pre-construction activities, cost estimates, and bid processes.
• Coordinate construction activity, staffing, documentation, and inspections.
• Lead inspectors and contractors, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
