Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking a Manager, Engineering (Pipeline Projects) in Dallas to lead the engineering and project management team from planning through commissioning. You will oversee design, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance for pipeline and midstream facility projects.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage ROW and land rights aspects while driving project success for a range of capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8-12+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ROW easement agreements and land rights.
• Experience managing capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• PHMSA/DOT regulations and API/ASME standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and technical oversight for pipeline and midstream facility projects.
• Coordinate disciplines, consultants, contractors, and construction teams.
• Oversee ROW easement reviews and land rights compliance.
• Provide engineering leadership through project lifecycle from concept to startup.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation for audits.
