Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks a Construction Manager to lead the construction of pipelines and midstream facilities. You will coordinate field teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires 8+ years in construction management, engineering background, and strong collaboration with Project Managers, Operations, and contractors in a dynamic energy environment. Based in Midland, TX with field exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of construction management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, codes, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of pipelines and midstream facilities.
• Support pre-construction activities: cost estimates, route reconnaissance, constructability assessments.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, staffing, and documentation.
• Review RFIs, bids, and contractor selections; manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and environmental permits.
• Provide updates to project manager and coordinate with stakeholders.
