TRC, Member of WSP, seeks an Energy Advisor to support JCP&L's Energy Solutions for Business programs in New Jersey. This outreach-focused role blends customer engagement with field-based technical capability to identify and advance energy efficiency opportunities for commercial and industrial customers.

The Energy Advisor will conduct ASHRAE Level 1 assessments, review utility data, and help match opportunities to program pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Energy Management, Facilities Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial/industrial energy efficiency or related field.
• Experience conducting ASHRAE Level 1 assessments or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial and industrial customers to increase participation in Energy Solutions for Business programs.
• Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and identify energy conservation measures and viable opportunities.
• Match opportunities to program offerings and guide customers through the application process.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Program Allies to advance projects.
