Utility Advantage is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support the execution of marketing and outreach strategies for Atlantic City Electric's Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Programs in Southern New Jersey.

This entry-level role involves promoting programs, coordinating with Trade Allies and customers, and generating leads through field and outreach activities. Remote work is available with substantial travel (50-75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 4 years of sales or outreach experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely / independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency programs to customers and contractors.
• Generate leads through outreach campaigns and meetings.
• Manage CRM contacts and opportunities.
• Represent program at community meetings and trade shows.
• Travel up to 50–75% within New Jersey.
• Work with Trade Allies and customers.
