Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in retail energy operations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with payment applications, collections, and customer care.
• Knowledge of retail energy markets; PJM market preferred.
• Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to independently research issues, identify solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment background screening.

• Support day-to-day operational processes for commercial energy customers.
• Review and validate incoming payments against customer invoices.
• Research and resolve payment, billing, and account discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and external partners to address questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with customers and service providers to support collections and payment resolution.
• Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Manage online payment processes and portals for directly billed customers.
• Follow established internal controls and identify opportunities to strengthen procedures.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure assigned tasks are completed within established timelines.
