Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with data analysis experience.
• Strong communications skills and MS Office proficiency essential.
• Knowledge of energy operations and industry concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual NERC energy checkout processes with customers and counterparties.
• Conduct monthly reserve sharing pool event checkouts and invoice entities for clients.
• Collect and compile NERC compliance evidence to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manage internal and external projects including meetings, task assignments, and follow ups.
• Procure hardware and software for customer projects and internal initiatives.
• Oversight of vendor and contractor onsite maintenance for NERC CIP security systems.
• Support staff and project onboarding activities.
• Maintain NERC and organizational documents on SharePoint.
