The program provides exposure to operational workflows, safety practices, and cooperative business management while working alongside experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in energy operations, inventory planning, and customer account processes, participate in safety meetings, and complete a summer project

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Business, Agribusiness, Energy Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in operations and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support daily energy operations activities.
• Assist with inventory and logistics planning.
• Observe customer service and account management processes.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Complete a meaningful summer project and presentation.
• Shadow energy operations team members and gain field exposure where applicable.
