Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual NERC Inadvertent energy checkout with customers and counterparties across time zones.
• Conduct monthly reserve sharing pool event checkouts and invoice appropriate entities for clients.
• Collect and compile NERC compliance evidence to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage internal and external projects including meetings, task assignments and follow-ups with resources.
• Procure hardware and software for customer and internal projects.
• Oversee vendor and contractor onsite maintenance for NERC CIP physical security systems and life support equipment.
• Support staff and project onboarding activities and maintain NERC documents on SharePoint.
