Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years (Manager) or 10+ years (Senior Manager) in U.S. power markets or energy consulting.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and client relationships.
• Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on power market studies, asset valuations, financing and M&A support.
• Develop long-term energy price forecasts across major U.S. power markets.
• Ensure quality, relevance, and timely delivery of client-facing work products.
• Guide power market modeling using PROMOD, PSLF, and similar tools.
• Present analyses to executive-level clients; mentor junior staff.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships.
