Job summary

ICF is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Energy Markets Consulting to support the EDI business. You will lead project teams delivering market analyses, price forecasts, asset valuations, and strategic advisory services for diverse clients across energy sectors.

You will manage client relationships, oversee complex engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to growth through thought leadership and innovation within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Mathematics, Energy Systems, or related quantitative field.
• Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience in U.S. power markets or energy consulting.
• Senior Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience in U.S. power markets or energy consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams in power market studies, asset valuations, financing and M&A transaction support.
• Develop long-term energy, capacity, ancillary service, and REC price forecasts across major U.S. power markets.
• Review and guide power market modeling using PROMOD, PSLF, and similar tools; present analyses to executives.
