Job summary

ICF is seeking a Manager, Energy Markets Consulting to lead project teams delivering market analysis, price forecasts, asset valuations, and strategic advisory services to a diverse client base including independent power producers, developers, utilities, and government agencies.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth through thought leadership and innovation within ICF's Energy Markets practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams in power market studies, asset valuations, financing and M&A transaction support engagements.
• Oversee development of long-term energy, capacity, ancillary service, and REC price forecasts across major U.S. power markets.
• Review and provide guidance on power market modeling using PROMOD, PSLF, and other analytical tools.
• Present analyses and recommendations to executive-level client audiences.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with existing and prospective clients.
