Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline and a 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 3–6 years if no degree).
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace, retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, document, and maintain daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers.
• Assist with GAA activities including addressing inquiries.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail usage data and bill market participants.
