Job summary

Exelon is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support the design, testing, and implementation of daily operational processes for retail energy programs. You will work across RESs, CSMs, MSPs, and GAAs to enroll customers and analyze billing data.

The role offers annual salary in the 72k–99k range with a 10% bonus for eligible positions, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing opportunities in a Fortune 200 company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline; 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 3-6 years without a degree.
Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with design, testing, implementation and documentation of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs.
Support GAA activities including handling inquiries and daily processes.
Analyze retail customer billing and prepare historical usage data for market participants.
Collaborate with internal teams on regulatory and process improvements.
