Job summary

PECO Energy Company seeks a skilled analyst to support design, testing and ongoing operations for enrollment in retail choice programs and tariffs. You will work with RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs, handling data requests, inquiries and billing analysis while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaboration with suppliers, Billing, Regulatory Affairs and Finance, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced utility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or a relevant discipline required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or 3-6 years if no degree.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, implementation, documentation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs.
• Support GAA activities, inquiries, and daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses from market participant inquiries.
• Assist with preparing and delivering historical retail customer usage data and billing market participants for those services.
