Job summary

PECO Energy Company in Philadelphia is seeking a business analyst to support the design, testing, implementation and ongoing operation of daily processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs enrolling customers in retail choice programs. The role collaborates with Billing, Regulatory & External Affairs, Finance and Customer Care to ensure accurate processing and reporting of energy-related transactions.

You will analyze data, interact with suppliers, resolve issues and document processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 3–6 years without a degree).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs.
• Support GAA activities including addressing inquiries and daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses and respond to market participant data requests.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail customer usage data and bill market participants accordingly.
