Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Manage project budget and GMP/Lump Sum/Concession scopes and related costs.
• Oversee Procore setup for change management and document control according to SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor PO and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead project meetings, document agendas and minutes with team, vendors, and client.
