Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery to oversee contract implementation for a Delivery Project and manage the financials, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safe, quality outcomes. You will lead Procore setup, change management, and documentation while coordinating with the Project Executive and VP.

Requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 8+ years in the field, with strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent

Qualifications

4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience.
8+ years of experience in construction management.
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership and ability to motivate while ensuring safety and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews.
Serve as key resource for Project Executive and VP for all project scope and client expectations.
Manage project budget and contract types (GMP, Lump Sum, Concession).
Set up and manage Procore for change management and document control procedures.
Negotiate and prepare vendor PO's and subcontracts to support milestones.
Lead hand-off from Development establishing project goals and client expectations.
Establish site utilization plan focusing on safety, access, and cleanliness.
Develop baseline schedule emphasizing energy savings and contract milestones.
Ensure monthly cost reviews and project reports with leadership.
Ensure QA plan implementation and proper documentation for client and subs.
