Job summary

Pacific Energy Concepts is seeking an Energy Program Associate in Phoenix, AZ, to manage incentive, rebate, and grant programs for EVSE projects. You will bridge Sales, Project Management, and Accounting to generate funding estimates and track the lifecycle from submission to payment.

The role requires an Associate's degree or relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. In-person work in Phoenix with a competitive benefits package and opportunities to impact energy

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two to four years of related experience.
• Experience processing energy efficiency incentives or working with energy efficiency programs, preferably with commercial incentives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of PEC's incentive, rebate, and grant programs.
• Prepare and submit incentive, rebate, and grant applications and supporting documentation.
• Forecast and track program payments with the Accounting team.
• Coordinate site inspections with Sales/PM teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and energy program staff throughout projects.
