Pacific Energy Concepts (PEC) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Energy Program Associate to coordinate PEC's incentive, rebate, and grant programs, with a focus on EVSE projects, from initial research through final payment.

In this in-person role you’ll connect Sales, Project Management, and Accounting with external programs, prepare applications, run funding estimates, track progress, and ensure accurate, timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience researching energy incentives or working with energy efficiency programs.
• Ability to understand product specifications to collaborate with engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research utility and government incentive programs for EV chargers and lighting; produce funding estimates.
• Prepare and submit incentive and grant applications for projects through to payment.
• Coordinate site inspections; track project statuses with PEC project management platform.
• Forecast and track program payments with Accounting; assist with grant reporting.
