Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is hiring an EPC Project Manager to lead complex projects across the power delivery market. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, risk, client satisfaction, and profitability while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and a track record managing Overhead Transmission, Overhead Distribution, or Substation projects. Travel across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in utility infrastructure or EPC.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, and communication skills; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from project award through closeout, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address schedule, cost, quality, or resource challenges.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
