Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for utility-scale PV projects in Texas. You will lead scheduling, cost control, safety, and subcontractor coordination on multi-year EPC efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM or engineering and at least 5 years of PV plant experience; proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore and BlueBeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with utility scale PV plants in excess of $50 million USD
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or related

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and field operations of utility-scale renewable energy construction projects.
• Promote Safety-First culture by ensuring compliance with company safety programs, OSHA regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Primavera P6 CPM schedules, forecast resources, address delays, and implement recovery plans.
