Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum experience: 5+ years in utility-scale PV plant construction and EPC projects, with budgets > $50 million USD.
• Experience with Procore and BlueBeam is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field operations for utility-scale solar projects.
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 CPM schedules and recovery plans.
• Direct construction activities through Superintendents and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs and ensure safety compliance per OSHA and company programs.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
