Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of renewable energy projects, including substations and photovoltaic plants. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in energy infrastructure, with experience in construction drawings and codes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in energy infrastructure projects, including field supervision or project support roles.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Bluebeam, plus MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Oversee site preparation, construction, installation, and commissioning activities for energy infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical support, interpret drawings, and resolve field issues.
• Monitor schedules, set production targets, and track progress for tasks.
