Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large utility-scale renewable energy projects from engineering to commissioning. You will drive planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to deliver 100 MW+ developments on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management, deep knowledge of renewable tech, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects (100 MW+).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and sustainability objectives.
• Oversee project budgets, financial efficiency and cost control.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and local communities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
