Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy in Waco, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large utility-scale renewable energy project from engineering through commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a track record of delivering complex EPC projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or related field.
10+ years of project management experience, with utility-scale renewables preferred.
PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects (100 MW+).
Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee budgets, financial analysis, and risk assessments to optimize profitability.
Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and financial risks; develop contingency plans.
Ensure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates to management.
