Job summary

Redaptive seeks an Energy Engineering Manager to act as the technical engine for our operations and sales teams. You will develop the technical case for energy efficiency solutions, perform savings calculations, and apply M&V and ASHRAE standards to ensure competitive proposals.

You will collaborate with Sales Executives, design partners, and operations to qualify opportunities, design solutions, and carry projects through contract signature and delivery.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction in large commercial energy projects.
• Strong ability to perform savings calculations for mechanical systems and processes.
• Experience applying M&V protocols and ASHRAE standards to proposals.

Responsibilities

• Present and support technical portions of proposals to customers as SME.
• Lead design and pre/construction partner coordination and scope definitions.
• Review engineering models, ensure quality and compliance with Redaptive standards.
• Turnover data to operations and provide engineering support through delivery.
• Develop training materials for the sales organization and marketing teams.
