Job summary

Redaptive Sustainability Services, LLC is seeking an Energy Engineering Manager to serve as the technical engine behind our operations and sales teams. You will combine deep energy engineering expertise with hands-on technical sales experience, developing the technical case and project economics for Redaptive’s energy efficiency solutions directly to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience; 5+ years in energy project construction, technical sales, or energy engineering.
• PE and CEM preferred; construction management and procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present technical portions of sales presentations and proposals; act as SME to clients and internal teams.
• Lead design engineering and pre/construction activities; define scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Apply value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining proposal quality.
• Oversee turnover of data to operations and provide engineering support through project delivery.
• Develop training materials for sales teams and provide feedback to product/marketing.
