Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Energy Solutions & Business Development Manager with a deep background in energy services and commercial/industrial HVAC.

You will develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and move projects from initial discussions through contract, partnering with sales and engineering teams. You will analyze facilities, perform energy savings calculations, and present financial benefits to clients while supporting RFPs, pricing, and contract

Qualifications

  • 10+ years within energy services, energy efficiency, building systems, or related markets.
  • Experience with business development, technical sales, or project development
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Experience with energy savings calculations and project economics
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of M&V, ASHRAE standards, and commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • ESCO, Energy-as-a-Service, performance contracting, solar, storage, lighting, or building controls experience is a plus. PE or CEM preferred.
  • Travel: Approximately 25–30%.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project delivery partners
  • Review energy audits, designs, calculations, and technical deliverables
  • Support projects through contract and transition to implementation

We’re seeking an experienced energy professional who combines technical engineering knowledge with business development and customer-facing project experience.
