Job summary

Idaho Power Company in Boise, ID, seeks a Program Specialist or Senior to join our Customer Operations team. The role focuses on designing and managing energy efficiency programs with an emphasis on HVAC technologies, demand response, and customer offerings.

The Senior role provides subject-matter expertise across the program area. Remote work is available up to 40%, relocation assistance may be provided, and the position supports flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, marketing, communications or related field OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: Formal education in HVAC
• Experience: 3 years of experience in project or program management including 2 years in related fields (utility, customer service, science, engineering, or marketing)
• Preferred: 3 years of work experience in utility industry, with a customer-related focus] ,
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Create and manage energy efficiency programs with emphasis on HVAC technologies and systems, demand response programs, and other customer offerings
• Program design, process development and system integration, marketing and communications, contract management, daily operations, payment processing, and reporting of results
• Senior Program Specialist acts as subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge related to the program or area, including HVAC equipment and applications
